STRATA MANAGERS WITH AN OLD-FASHIONED COMMITMENT TO SERVICE

Lot owners can’t always appreciate how much their strata committee does or how a well-run owners corporation can be the difference between a thriving strata scheme and one in decline. As experienced strata managers, we understand exactly what strata committees must do, and we know how to make doing it as close to effortless as possible.

PROUD TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN STRATA MANAGEMENT

Making it as close to effortless as possible to run an owners corporation is where our commitment to service comes in. Professional service might be an old-fashioned concept, but it’s not commonplace. At Strata Central, it’s in our DNA.

We’re proud of the part our strata managers and team play in ensuring our clients’ schemes are places people enjoy coming home to or owning as an investment.

Our pride in the difference we make informs everything we do, from how we pick up the phone to how we present committees with the context, advice and detail they need to make sound decisions, staying within the shifting framework of strata law.

LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN PEOPLE

We recruit licensed strata managers who see strata management as a career, people who want to work somewhere where their profession is taken seriously. And because that’s what they find at Strata Central, our strata managers (like our clients) stay with us long term.

As a result, our team is everything you should expect from a strata manager — friendly, detail-orientated, prepared, consistent and committed to their continuing professional development.

You’ve come to the right place if you’re looking for a long-term relationship with professional strata managers whose advice you can trust.

BOUTIQUE STRATA MANAGEMENT SERVICE

Strata Central provides a high level of service to a select number of clients. We work with owners corporations that value knowledgeable and honest advice delivered by friendly experts with a commitment to professionalism and process.

If you think your strata scheme might be a fit for that service philosophy, we would love the opportunity to ask you a few questions about your situation and your expectations. Then we can advise if we look like the right fit for your strata committee and your owners.

OUR CLIENTS SPEAK FOR US

Strata Central and Reena have been delightful to deal with and always attends any issues in a timely manner.

— Paul Kalusek, Chairperson, SP 96128 Bayside Apartments

“We were looking for someone with competence, who understood the need for service. Someone who could answer questions. Like, what they would do when someone doesn’t pay their levies? What happens if the building manager is out of contact and there’s a disaster? We wanted to know their processes because good strata managers, like Strata Central, have good answers to questions like that.”

— Gordon Streight, Chair of the Owners Corporation

Reena provides a fantastic personal service and has done for the last 5 years.
