Professional standards continue to shape the future of the strata industry, making ongoing education and collaboration more important than ever. On Tuesday 23 June 2026, Reena had the opportunity to represent our team as a panellist at the NSW Fair Trading Strata Agent Business Leaders CPD Forum, attended by more than 150 Class 1 Strata Agents from across New South Wales.

The five-hour accredited forum forms part of the mandatory Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements for Class 1 strata agents and focused on the challenges and opportunities facing today’s industry leaders. Reena joined the Professional Standards & Supervision panel, where discussion centred on how regulatory expectations translate into everyday agency practice. Topics included effective supervision, fiduciary obligations, professional conduct, and practical strategies for building a strong culture of compliance while supporting staff and clients.

The forum also provided a valuable opportunity to connect with NSW Fair Trading’s leadership team and other respected professionals from across the strata sector. Events like these encourage meaningful conversations, the sharing of practical experiences, and a collective commitment to raising standards across the profession.
