We recommend all potential purchasers obtain a strata inspection report. As part of the inspection, we provide the strata roll for the lot/s specified. If you require full strata roll, please let us know prior to your inspection time.

Upon receipt of your request, we will provide banking details for an Electronic Funds Transfer to be made for the fee in accordance with Strata Schemes Management Regulation 2016 – Schedule 4
