Renovation Application Form

Please refer to your scheme’s by-laws in relation to requirements for renovation approvals and ensure that you have read and understand the requirements of your proposed work. A copy is available via the Owner’s Portal.

Upon receipt of your request, we will liaise with the Strata Committee to determine their approval. Please provide as much detail in the application below as possible to assist in their consideration of your request.

No work may commence until your application is approved and, in the case of major building works, an appropriate by-law has been made and registered.
