Bondi Beach
The Bondi Apartments included a refurbishment of the existing Bondi Motel which fronts Sydney’s famous Bondi Beach. It includes a car stacker and is part of a Building Management Committee, comprising of retail shops and telecommunications tower.
Strata Central works closely with the Strata Committee, onsite building manager and concierge team to maintain the facilities as well as large projects, including the addition of new balconies which has provided lot owners with unparalleled views.
